C25K week 4
This is the beginning of week 4 of the C25K program! It is going to get tougher from here on out, less walking, more running! That’s ok, I’m ready and willing! Decided to start day 1 tomorrow, going to give my knee and extra day of rest to see if I can get it feeling better.
Starting out Monday right with a healthy fruit/veggie smoothie for breakfast. I want to see the scale 2 lbs...

Xmas tree takes a drunken dive early Saturday...
XMas Tree fell over at 4 am. Made quite a mess and broke several of our nice ornaments. I blame the cat. He had a guilty look on his face. What a nightmare to clean up and get back together.

Hack4Hunger completed!
I was able to get out tonight and participate in a Capture The Flag (CTF) sponsored by Hurricane Labs called hack4hunger, which benefited the Cleveland Food Bank. Had a good time, got my name on the board, but no where close to winning. It was fun, but discouraging at the same time. You really have to work on hacking/pentesting a lot to get good at it and I’ve just not had the time lately.

Healthy kick continues
I’m on week 3 of the C25K running program, with a goal of running a 5K around my birthday in March! Finally just had enough, well actually, too much, of my sedentary lifestyle. Got some great motivation from a true friend and we are working on shaping up together. I’ve run/walked 13 miles since November 28th! That is huge for me!
