I am attempting to fanagle my way into the beta of an exciting new product called Xobni! It looks like a sweet addition to Outlook, a program that can use some help.
The attachment discovery feature is of special interest to me, as I am constantly searching for attachments. Threaded conversation also looks promising. Reading mail by thread makes more sense, but not many people I know actually do it. I’m looking forward to trying it out at work, I’m always on the look out for helpful additions to Microsoft products.
If I get in, I’ll write a review…hint..hint..

Today is the end of my first week in Kansas City at Cerner. I am out here doing AIX trianing, which is the first class in my “SE Jumpstart”. I am learning a lot and have a great instructor. I am the only client in the class, the rest are all n00b Cerner employees.
I am missing my boys, and of course my lovely wife a lot! I have been talking to them on the phone every night, but of course it is not the same. Truth be told though, I am, for the time being, enjoying the break. I hope my stress level gets down to zereo by the time I get home. Each night I have been hitting the pool and hot tub after class, that has been great.
Check out this sweet chopper that was out in front of my hotel the other night. I am by no means a bad ass biker, but man, I’d love to have a bike like that some day.

PocketMod The Free Disposable Personal Organizer
I have used this handy little print a couple of times at work. Kind of tricky to get the folding down correctly at first, but it is worth the effort. Check it out.

I went to a Pro account on Flickr. I have been too busy to build the pages to display all of my photos. Now I have no monthly limit for uploading photos, and can have unlimited sets, as well as no ads on the pages! Check it out at Flickr. I’ll be adding tons of photos. Also added a “work” set, going to post photos from our trips to Cerner and the madness surrounding testing!
This picture says it all. If you don’t get it, read it again.
